[Gllug] Evolution won't fetch my mail (Help)

Yes - that bit works, and I've got it set up that way too. However, when
you've got a local mailbox, you can click summary, and on the main page,
Evolution will display the total messages/unread messages figures for
each mailbox you've selected. So, from the summary page, you get a quick
overview of which folders have new mail. That feature however, doesn't
work with IMAP. Considering the increasing popularity of IMAP, it's
really irritating to me that all the GUI mail clients still assume the
presence of local folders. Evolution is more short sighted than I'd
expect in this regard.

Why don't you try and persuade them to go for the Bynari stuff instead.
That way you can have Exchange functionality of a standard IMAP server,
and for all the people who insist on using Lookout as their virus
environment of choice, they can then have full functionality out of it,
without the rest having to suffer with Exchange as the mail server.
