It's suprisingly easy to get oracle errors which is worrying.  

There phone system is shocking, I was trying to book for lotr for a
group of people, after failing at the website with "unknown error",
phoned them up.  They couldn't process an order for 10 people and had to
do it for nine and one.  As they are two orders you could get charged
two booking fees (we didn't)

My girlfriend's company did the wap shopping cart for them and she
wouldn't touch that either :)
