[Gllug] Universities and degrees in computing.

Essex university is very popular internationally, (esp europe) it has a very
high quality electronic systems engineering dept, (not to be confused with its
comp sci dep who are terrible) i am doing BSc Computers & Networks, and thus
far have not used windows :-)
