I have two X setups at home, sometimes i run them both at once,
basically because i have xinerama on one setup (all on one box) in
xinerama DRI doesnt work, so if i want to play q3 then i go to a console
and start up another X that uses a different Xf86Config-4 file with only
one head, then dri works,
doing this twice and having separate keyb and mouse isnt hard (i did it
by accident) both key and mice and display are separate, you simply have
a whole extra X running, but on a 1200 duron it doesnt slow down alot
unless you start using staroffice :-)
ive gotten this working with two heads, two mice (usb and ps2) and two
keybs (usb and ps2) without much bother, and had two users logged in and
using gnome happily :-)
ive taken it apart since but could prolly knock it up again.
