There is an interesting Internet Cafe in Tokyo called LinuxCafe.
http://www.linux-cafe.jp/ (Japanese)
http://www.business-cafe.com/3_english/1_company/mainsub.htm

They have very small amount of PCs. Instead, they offer Linux related
services such as offering CD images with CD Writers so that anyone can
pop in and burn his favourite distro. It seems they are tied with some
Linux distros and LUGs, who seem to offer the software and
installation/maintainance services to the cafe.
