[Gllug] Modem & Wav playing and the like...

Can anyone think of a way I can have my (external) modem dial a number at a 
certain time (as a voice call, not data), play a wav file on answer then hang 
up?

This isn't as dodgy as I know you probably are thinking it is sounding right 
now .. it is purely an alarm call, but automated ;-)
