hello there,

if you want to post to the list please make a blank mail and not just 
reply to an existing topic and change the topics, those of us that use 
mozilla and mutt will see your message mid topic :-)

anyhoo, try kbear, but dont be afraid of the shell, its very easy, and 
you will be alot more productive once you get the hang of it, its the 
most powerful aspect of unix systems,
