Hi,

I'm having a few problems with a netgear fa311 on redhat 6.2 (originally
kernel 2.2.19 now 2.2.20).

ifconfig reports many errors. I'm using the fa311.o module presently but
I tried the natsemi.o for a while however it kept dying after just one
error (it would restart ok with a simple ifdown/ifup, run for about a
day and then die again).

Anyone have any clues what might be causing this?

Here's some output that might help:~]
