That doesn't excuse anything apart from an inability to say "out and

Proactively searching the web eh?  You mean randomly hunting around
trying to find any geek you can.  You people really get on my tits.  I
bet the guy you're offering this job doesn't even know what Unix is --
he's probably a eunech!

Go crawl back in your little hole and stop being proactive.  If we
want a job, we'll look at job sites.  Stop trying to fill out your
database of "candidates" so you can attract more clients.

Don't call us, we'll call you.

(Guess who's up to his fifth cold-calling recruiter this week?  Every
one of them wanting to know where I'm working like it's any of their
business.)
