[Gllug] South African governement considering Open Source

Hi,
For those interested in computers in government there is a governmental 
advisary group in South Africa pushing Open Source software but, considering 
we have 11 official languages, I think the fact that KDE is being developped 
to work in all of them is something that very much counts in its favour over 
windows.
