Certainly there's an element of that, but I think also anyone that
desires power is unfit to wield it in the first place.

At the moment, I'm feeling thoroughly unimpressed with organised
government at all. But that might have something to do with the
fact that the bastards have just sprung a VAT audit on me :-(
