[Gllug] Bootable Firewire HDD

Hi all,

Merry XMas and a happy New Year folks :)

Can anyone please point me towards details on bootable Firewire
hdds under Linux? I want to build a video editing (etc) system
and am curious wether building a Firewire only hdd system is
possible already.

If anyone has experience with the ATI All-in-Wonder Radeon
8500 DV under Linux please let me know also.

BTW Who was doing the "home-grown-TiVo" stuff again? I remember
some discussion about it a while ago... .
