[Gllug] Downloads from mirror.ac.uk and good mirror sites

I'm also on BlueYonder... I often get a solid 60Kb/s off it, but the past 
week or so it's been a bit dodgy (dropped to 10Kb/s at one point 
yesterday). However, other people I know have been seeing this on other 
connections, so I think the problem's with mirror.ac. I'm sure it'll pick 
up again - it's generally very good from anywhere in the UK IME.

One thing... BlueYonder's web cache can be a bit crap at times I've found. 
Are you downloading over http or ftp? I'd suggest the latter.
