OK

I have found out that marketing in their infinite wisdom has asked for mail
in HTML Format. I have my mail client set to RTF which when it gets sent to
exchanges gets its mime type changed due to marketing requesting this. I
have spoke to the exchange geezer and he was fully aware of the drabacks of
HTML mail and told me that it was not a request to have it changed but an
order. I know some people block HTML mail and I presume even some servers
do.

If you are a colt customer and you feel the need to complain about HTML that
gets sent to you please raise it with marketing and highlight that not all
their customers are getting their email as intended. I feel very disgruntled
that my company cannot see the that HTML mail is not good for it in any
shape form or fashion. In fact I may raise it with them myself but after the
complaint I sent about Colts website and the little replies I received I
think I would be banging my head against a wall.

Regards;
Harry Jackson.
