Yeah, but essentially he's right. It's not that it can't do the job.
It can. It just hasn't yet, and realistically, for the average end
user, it won't for some time. We're moving in the right direction,
but we have a long way to go (although at times, with GNOME and KDE,
I wonder if we're not going in completely the wrong direction).
