weve been thinking more on plan2 at the uni, we will probably get sponsorship
from the uni for it, 

the flats at essex uni have nice big! open plan kitchens with enough room for 8
pcs or more, the rooms have the net access but people will also probly be able
to visit the labs  or if they choose throw a utl cable into the kitchens,

we want to run linux/unix workshops, with something for everyone from 'basic
shell scripting' 'linux games and wine' 'networks and routing' 'compiling your
first kernel' etc etc,

would anyone here be intrested in helping us run a class or two? we are
probably talking about 20 people a class for about 40mins - 1hr, maybe the past
gllug talkers would like to have a go?

we would like very much for newbies to come, its great telling people exactly
why you like linux, even better teaching them how to like it more
