No need. There's a native Linux version. However, on mine, at least, the
TV out options are greyed out. No idea how to activate them, but I assume
since they put them there in the first place, there must be a way somehow.
Or maybe it just queries the mga XFree86 driver to see if it's capable of
TV out before letting you choose. That would allow the powerdesk util to
support it as soon as the driver was able to do so...
