No and neither does it matter that you include one in email as you 
probably know - it has no legal standing whatsoever anywhere.

If the email message contains material that gives rise to some legal claim 
against the company the damage and thus the legal liability will have 
arisen regardless of any disclaimer - you cannot lawfully disclaim damages 
after they arise even where such might have been possible in law.

No, you probably cannot.

There are filtering options out there that can do this although I cannot 
remember the name. I suggest that you look on freshmeat and try to ensure 
that you include some anti-virus scanning on outbound emails as well so 
that there is something to show that you have met the minimum of due 
process to try and back up the disclaimer so that your insurance company 
don't start on that one too.
