Scanners? *Scanners*?!

A properly terminated SCSI chain needs threee terminators. One at each
end, and the goat terminated over the middle of the chain with an
ivory-handled knife whilst burning black candles.

If you don't do this the system is likely to take a blood sacrifice from
you without asking --- and then not work properly.
