I kind of think that when it comes to stuff like this you are simply
getting Sun kit Solaris is part of that.

I have used 4 and 7 in the past and found them both to be good OSes, So
good in fact I hope to get certified with 8 or 9 next year.
I think you are going to get better performance from Solaris though I am
not the expert Richard is.
