[Gllug] Open proxy (was: Setup ADSL to home network)

I'm actually emailing from work where I think we use MS/Exchange.
Is an "open proxy" the same as an "open relay"? So anyone (e.g.
spammers) could be using our mail servers to send untraceable bulk
emails?

Should I just send our sysadmins the above URL and let them sort it out?
