[Gllug] OT ADSL recomendations?

Will PlusNet offer static IP addresses for the wires-only basic service? Or
perhaps a block of addresses? And delegate reverse DNS to another server?
I saw a favourable review of them recently and am quite tempted, y'see, but
I generally need 8-16 adresses.
