The problem with doing it as a series of talks is that it's not much use 
only knowing a part of the answer.  Mail management is a problem that 
needs a comprehensive solution: somebody who only knows how to send mail 
isn't much use to anyone.  And GLLUG meetings aren't regular enough to 
carry a multi-part talk, really, even if it's just two parts and an 
abstract topic.

This is a good topic for a talk but is a big enough subject that it 
should be part of the main session.  It's a talk I could do, as e-mail 
admin is one of my bigger hats but I know there are plenty of others on 
the list who can say the same.
