Yes, but there has to be a crossover in there somewhere. If either hub
or switch has an "uplink" port, or one which can be converted to uplink
by flipping a switch, you can connect the uplink port on one to a normal
port on the other with plain patch cable. If no uplink port is
available, connect two plain ports with a crossover cable.
