You might try http://somafm.com. Completely non-commercial, non-popup,
groovy/drone/drum'n'bass/trance etc...

PS. I've just checked their page and apparantly (?) they will be taken
off air in 7 days due to a "CARP" ruling. Any ideas what that is?
