[Gllug] irc client recommendation

IrcII is simple enough.

I know little about irc and nothing when I installed it 
(I was using FreeBSD and it ran fine out of the ports collection).

I tried using funky clients like trillian but prefer the simplicity
of IrcII.

I know others prefer BitchX etc tho.
