[Gllug] arch (the CVS wannabe replacement)

Does anyone use arch? I want to try it out, but I find the documentation
a bit lacking.. It does go into details about lots of nice features, but
not the basics. Anyone that know a walk-through on how to begin managing
a small project (even a single file will do)?
