I would have to stick a vote in for Nationwide here.

They started only providing full support for IE and Netscape (there were
a couple of buttons missing using Mozilla)  They respond quickly to
suggestions and now it is fully supported by IE, Netscape, Mozilla and
Konqueror.

It also has the full features listed here for other banks.

What I find terminally stupid is that they need paper for swift and
chaps payments, which have traditionally been the main forms of
electronic transfer.
