OxLUG's Annual Linux Install Day is this Sunday.

There'll be lots of demonstrations/talks throughout the day (according
to demand) and plenty of opportunities to gain hands-on experience
of different Linux distributions and applications for yourself.

In particular, there'll be talks on Internet connection configuration
at 11am and 3pm.

We'll also be raffling some goodies, and John Winters from the Linux
Emporium will be there in the afternoon. http://www.linuxemporium.co.uk/
(Email him at info at linuxemporium.co.uk if there's anything you'd
specifically like him to bring along.)

If you wish to bring a computer for installation, it would help us if
you filled in the form in advance at:
  http://www.oxlug.org/linuxday/register.html

Venue
~~~~~
22nd Oxford Sea Scout Hall, Meadow Lane (off Donnington Bridge Road),
Oxford.  It's easy to find - on the East bank of the river on the
North side of the main road and there's ample parking.
By bus from the city centre, take one of the regular Iffley Road buses
(e.g. from Queen Street) and get off at the stop just before the junction
at the end of Donnington Bridge Road, from which it's a couple of minutes'
walk.
By car, head to the Southern part of the Oxford ring road, take
the A4158 or the A4144 towards the city centre then turn into
Donnington Bridge Road.
