Hi, Mark.

If you Googled for this error, you'd see that it frequently has
something to do with line endings; which is especially relevant since
you mentioned receiving the file under Windows.

Since the error comes up around 'affiliated companies', I'd suggest that
there's a hard return there where there shouldn't be.

Try running dos2unix or your favourite regexp on the file - if it's
still using Windows CRs - and try manually concatenating the Version:
header if that doesn't work.
