[Gllug] Cut and paste in Galeon/Gnome

This is a stupid question - and I guess some
bright spark will answer it, leaving me feeling
foolish.

I'm trying to paste a long file into an input
box in Galeon, and can't get the knack of it.
I've tried drag-and drop from Nautilus,
cut and paste from Gedit, but to no avail.

Specifically, I'm trying to do some analysis of
boot times using the Serel visualisation page:

I just know the answer to this one is
"RTFM - fool!"
