The only thing I can't do with Smile and Mozilla 1.0rc3 is send secure
messages - won't let me type in the text box.  Other than that, it all works
for me.

Yeah, I'm still at it. After the last thread, I've more or less
settled on going with Smile if at all possible (thanks for your
suggestions, everyone!)  Browsing their site, I see that they claim
only to support Netscape 4.x and IE (though not version 6). After the
comments from the group, I hadn't quite expected this.

I did the logical thing and called Smile's tech support helpline, only
to be told the same thing, with the extra flourish that it was "due to
a problem with the login screen" Have any of the Smile users here run
into trouble using their service? I'd guess that logging in to it
would be the key problem from the sound of it.... Also fractionally
worrying was the lack of information from their tech support people:
at least with Natwest when I mentioned that I work with computers and
the Web industry I got a different class of BS. Is it always this
"good"?
