Thanks to everyone for their input.
I was going to go buy a Matrox; however I have just received a response
back from Matrox (who I emailed at the same time as Gllug). As a result
of their response I think I shall go Nvidia :-)

Please could you advise me if you have any Video cards that are capable
of TV out under Linux?
This does not necessarily have to be using your own drivers, if it works
with someone else's code I am happy to use it.
