get over it.  ISP's have good days and bad days.  when the bad days are
more frequent than you desire, exercise your consumer preferences and
switch to a different company.  i know that may not be easy if your tied
into a contract, but hey, who ever said companies are there for your
benefit.  they're not, they are there to make a profit, simple.  

it does constantly amaze me, people (and i count myself here aswell)
expect great service at an affordable price.  that aint going to happen.

persoanlly, i've never use OneTel, and from your experiences i'll
probably give it a wide berth in the future.  i could rant on about my
two week outage with pipex, but this is not the correct forum for that
discussion.
