[Gllug] TV cards and tv capture

There are two that I know of (but haven't tried yet):
www.mythtv.org
tvtime.sourceforge.net

MythTV is more complete in that it tries to be a
complete home entertainment server. There are also
debian packages for it. TvTime is a basic tv capture
program.
