3 weeks doesn't tell you anything.
Also, maybe you were with them some time ago? This has been a problem that
has been steadily escalating over the past couple of months. Up till then I
was very happy with them.

My mail was only about internet access. Maybe my subject matter should have
been - Onetel.net is CRAP!!

It's quite a simple thing. I have so-called unlimited access. When I dial
their their modem it seldom answers - I don't even get an engaged tone -
just a drone. Yesterday I did not get on the Internet. I tried many times.
I didn't even have the pleasure of the familiar drone tone.
I'm paying for a product I do not receive.
Interestingly, I never had any problem with the penny a minute thing.

Different tastes. I turned it down when it was first offered. One shouldn't
be inconvenienced by having it shoved down ones throat a second time. Once
before I told them how I wanted to be billed and now they have totally
ignored my wishes. Being ignored is par for the course with Onetel. They
have ignored my last three mails.

That they treat other people the same way, maybe. And that they give other
people who subscribe to a different service the service they pay for.

Maybe you should look at the bigger picture. I have given you a side of it
that you appear to have been totally unaware of. I'm not asking you to
fight my case but defending them so strongly in light of evidence to the
contrary is a bit strange.

>i'm very very happy with onetel

You wouldn't be if you were relying on them now for your internet access.
You probably wouldn't even have been able to send your mail to the list.
And neither would you have been able to receive your bills by email.

Still, it's good to hear your views. But it doesn't change my experiences
and, thus, neither my viewpoint
