hm. i used onetel as my isp for a while, dialup
no problems at all
didn't have to use them for more than 3 weeks or so, while blueyonder
installed my 1mbit connection ;)

but i've used them for about 1 year now, calling abroad
and their service is very very good and has always been
their prices are among the best i can find

and ebilling is SO much better than normal bills

i enter my creditcard details
they charge my card every month (if i've exceeded £10) and send me an email
letting me know

what more can i ask for?

i'm very very happy with onetel
