I use Eclispe, they seem good and are cheap, give me a static IP address 
and don't do any port blocking or force me to use a webcache. I think I 
pay just under 27 quid a month for the service. The main reason I signed 
up with them was that I got my 50 quid setup fee for free as part of an 
offer. They also only require 1 months notice to cancel your subscription.
