indeed that's great, but (speaking only from my experience here) you need to 
have your (at least) minimal offer sorted out and be ready to do something 
pretty quickly if word is to go around and "good word" is what I mean. 
Otherwise the press release should be carefully worded so that people 
understand the true state of events and not assume that is all ready to go 
just yet.
