[Gllug] connection reset by peer

got a woody box thats up to date with security packages etc... recently 
its been reseting ssh / scp connections at regular intervals. I havn't 
touched anything and it happens if on the subnet or from the US. I'd be 
grateful if someone could hit me with a clue bat or something :-)
