[Gllug] How to test if Postfix is working?

Hi All

I have set up a Postfix mail server, which has an internal IP, which will be
NAT'ted by our firewall, and this has no domain as yet, I am in the process
of getting this now, but how can I check to see if I'vw set it up right?
