[Gllug] BBS / Forums

Can anybody recommend a good secure forum/BBS style system with good 
functionality, reliability and ease of use/management (You know the 
usual set of unachievable goals ;- )

It will be run on an existing web server running RedHat 7.3, Apache and 
MySQL if necessary.

I have looked at the Bazaar system home page which seems quit good but 
it is geared towards educational establishments but I'm not sure how 
well this would work for generic BBS style operation.
