Not usable IMAP. Trust me - I migrated 50 users away from Pegasus
precisely because the IMAP support is so abortionally bad. It doesn't
cache headers, meaning it's unusable if people have more than a few
hundred messages in any folder. It ignores IMAP alert messages, so if
(like me) you have an IMAP server that helpfully tells people when
they're approaching quota, they never see any messages, all of a sudden
their mail just stops arriving and they don't know why, and it's SMTP
sending support is bad - if for any reason it can't send mail it
"queues" it locally, even when it's explicitly been configured to not
use the queue. So, if someone screws up their mail settings, all their
outgoing mail just sits there until they phone and ask why no-one's
replying to them. They then get annoyed when they realise nothing has
been sent for the last three days.

Pegasus. Arrrgggghhh. Growl. The author is pathologically opposed to
releasing any control over it, won't consider opening the source, and is
slowly but surely alienating his user community by refusing to accept
that any world view other than his own (which is that you should run
Mercury on Win2k as your MTA) is valid.
</rant>

Mike.
