you can use the bar at university of westminster if you want. i don't know
how long it stays open these days. 

i would be willing to publicise it to staff and students. a couple of
years ago i collected lots of unused equipment from parts of the
university which went to people associated with the big issue. i could
arrange something similar if you want equipment. we don't have much space
so things need to be collected at short notice usually.

i can probably organise access to the network lab on a more regular basis
so you can download stuff at no cost. 

i could help you write an application for funding to charities or eu.
