Hi,
H323 will need port 1720 for signalling and a non standard range of 
RTP/RTCP ports typically in the range of 10000-20000, which depend on 
the applications you're using. I'd read through the documentation to 
discover the correct range.
There is an ethereal version out there with H323, H245 etc decoding 
support that may probe handy.
