[Gllug] Using K Mail with Telewest Blueyonder broadband

Does anyone use the above?  I have just installed Suse, but cannot send
e-mails with K Mail.  I get a box saying "Unknown host:
smtp.blueyonder.co.uk".  
 
I have just put an Ethernet card in, and Suse and Knoppix recognise it.
 
Any idea what I might be doing wrong?  Most likely I think thing is
Ethernet card, as Knoppix/K Mail works fine on different machine
(running Windows) with same cable connection.
