[Gllug] Transcoding a file for video playback on Windows

After _LOTS_ of trial and error, I ended up with this:
transcode -D -8 -Q 5,5 -P 2 -i input.avi -o output.avi -y ffmpeg -F
msmpeg4v2

This does pass-through of the audio (uncompressed PCM -- I got noise
for all other formats, probably a problem with the avi file made by
xawtv) and uses an older Divx format. A recent version of Windows
Media Player on Win98 happily downloaded the codec and played the file
for me. At last!

HTML's a cheap whore. Treating her with respect is possible,
and even preferable, because once upon a time she was a
beautiful and virginal format, but you shouldn't expect too
much of her at this point."
