   I keep hearing that many businesses are noticing a slowdown, which may
mean they have more time and incentive to look at the way they are spending
money. Many people with contacts across the world may have heard more about
Open Source than the average passenger on the No. 49 bus, but perhaps enough
people will find that there are suitable alternatives to M$ to really get
the ball rolling.
