I don't have a NetMD device, my minidisc is too old (but still much loved).
You can move sound from your PC to a minidisc through the SP/DIF optical
digital input via USB with the help of a 'Xitel MD-Port DG2'. Obviously
the music is only transfered in real time.
This, combined with the titling features of libnetmd might offer some sort
of solution. It means another expense though.
