Neil, I think that you have searched for advice on this modem,
and come across the GLLUG mailing list archives.
You've sent a message asking for help to the whole list - but please
don't worry. We will be happy to help.

Specially as you are another convert to Redhat, which is my distro of
choice.

Can you give us a little bit more information on the Access Runner modem
please, as I don't recall this thread. Maybe send the link to the GLLUG
archive posting?
